How We Can Help You
We conduct assessments for interim financing of new home construction, remodels, and small-scale commercial and residential developments. Inspections for these projects include the One-Time Close Program, Builder’s Line of Credit, Spec Homes, and Land Development. Inspections for these projects are conducted in order to determine the work completed to date.
Our Process
Report Submission
Upon request for an inspection, we forward important details to our clients through email or phone. We submit the line items listed on BUILT reports, BankLabs, or MS Excel spreadsheet. This is mainly to inform the financial institution of the progress observed to date. The reports will also detail the recommended amount of interim construction funds to be distributed to the borrower/builder.
Uploading of Inspection Pictures
The photographs taken during the inspections are emailed to our clients or uploaded through a phone app after each visit. An invoice statement is attached in the photos showing each of the following details:
