Pre-Inspection Reports

After a client requests for an on-site evaluation, we submit the information they may need through email or phone. This includes the budget line items on an MS Excel spreadsheet, the BankLabs records, and as-BUILT REPORTS.

The main purpose of this report is to advise the financial institution of the progress observed to date. It is also intended to give specifications on the recommended amount of interim construction funds to be distributed to the borrower or builder.

On-Site Inspection Photographs

During the inspection, our investigators take clear photographs of the site or property. The pictures are sent through email or uploaded using a secured phone application after each visit. An invoice statement is attached to each of the pictures showing the following:
